Ten years ago I ran semiconductor operations. Supply chain, new product introduction, factory systems.

I didn’t write code. I wrote requirements for people who wrote code. Then I waited.

This month I shipped an AI reporting skill for a finance team, a document intake automation, and a live budget dashboard built on a time tracking API. Designed, built, deployed.

The difference isn’t a CS degree. I still don’t have one. The difference is that the tools finally meet operators where we are. If you can define the process, you can now build the system.
